These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services operated by Talice Share & Care CPR Training, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, registering for services, or participating in any training, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility and Website Use:

This website and its services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or for minors whose registration and participation are completed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this website, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or services for any user who violates these Terms.

2. Services Provided:

The Company provides CPR, AED, First Aid, and related safety training services through in-person and virtual instruction. All services are subject to availability and successful registration through this website.

Participation in training does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Bookings and Registration:

All class registrations must be completed through our online booking system. Completion of required waivers, intake forms, and acknowledgments is mandatory before participation.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Cancel or reschedule classes

• Remove participants who fail to comply with safety rules or conduct standards.

4. Payments:

All fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.  

Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards. 

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the policy carefully before booking.

Attendance at a class, including virtual attendance, or issuance of a digital certificate, constitutes fulfillment of services.

6. Digital Certificates:

Certificates are issued digitally following successful completion of training requirements. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Replacement or reissued certificates may incur additional fees.

7. Waivers and Assumption of Risk:

Participation in training requires execution of a Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability, including for minors where applicable.

By participating, you acknowledge that CPR and First Aid training may involve physical activity and you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

8. Virtual Training:

For virtual classes, participants are responsible for having appropriate internet access, devices, and software. Talice Share and Care CPR Training LLC is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside of its control.

9. Media Recording and Consent:

Training sessions may be photographed or recorded for educational and promotional purposes. Media use is governed by written consent obtained during registration. Participants or parents/guardians may opt out of media use without affecting participation.

Talice Share and Care CPR Training LLC retains ownership of all approved photographs and video recordings.

10. Intellectual Property:

All website content, training materials, videos, text, graphics, and logos are the exclusive property of Talice Share & Care CPR Training LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Modification of Services:

Talice Share and Care CPR Training LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website, services, class schedules, pricing, or content at any time, with or without notice.

12. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove participants whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates these Terms or any posted policies.

13. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talice Share & Care CPR Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of the website.

14. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
