Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Requirement:

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve a seat in a scheduled class.

 

2. Cancellations by Participant:

• Cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class start time may be eligible for:

  • A full refund or

  • A one-time reschedule to a future class, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 

3. Virtual Classes:

For virtual classes:

• Access to the virtual classroom link constitutes attendance.

• Failure to log in, technical issues on the participant’s end, or partial attendance does not qualify for a refund.

 

4. Certificate Issuance:

Once a participant has:

• Attended a class (in whole or in part), or

• Been issued a digital certificate,

The service is considered rendered, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited to one (1) occurrence per registration.

 

6. Cancellations by Talice Share and Care CPR Training LLC:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

• Low enrollment

• Instructor availability

• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

 

In such cases, participants will be offered:

• A rescheduled class date or

• A full refund

 

7. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days, depending on the payment processor.

 

8. Discretion:

All refund and rescheduling determinations are made at the sole discretion of Talice Share & Care CPR Training LLC, in accordance with this policy and applicable training standards.
